About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support the Group’s departments and business functions on legal, criminal-law and regulatory matters
  • Identify, assess and manage risks relating to security, fraud prevention, data protection, cybersecurity and strategic projects
  • Monitor pre-litigation and litigation matters with internal stakeholders and external counsel
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to the Group’s activities
  • Conduct legal monitoring and support compliance efforts across the business
  • Participate in discussions with public authorities, institutional stakeholders and professional organizations
  • Design and deliver awareness and training initiatives for operational teams
  • Represent the Legal Department within sector-specific professional bodies and networks
  • Provide legal expertise on security, fraud prevention, personal data protection, video surveillance and regulatory compliance
  • Support the RATP Group’s departments, business units and subsidiaries in managing their legal, criminal-law and regulatory risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in law
  • At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in an in-house legal department
  • Strong expertise in legal analysis, operational advisory work and the management of complex matters
  • Knowledge of domestic security law, data protection (GDPR, Law Enforcement Directive) or civil liberties
  • Comfortable using digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions
  • Excellent analytical and summarization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics and service
  • Excellent interpersonal, teaching and diplomatic skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability and ease working in changing environments
