About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize deployment from the design phases, in close coordination with the design project managers
- Act as the procurement requirements lead for the assigned scope
- Coordinate on-site interventions and oversee their execution
- Manage site and construction safety requirements (Prevention and Safety Plan / Health Protection Plan, work orders, etc.)
- Ensure the continued operational condition of existing RATP installations, in compliance with applicable regulations, during on-site interventions
- Organize the technical acceptance of installations
- Manage costs, schedules, installation quality, and the handover of installations to maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree from an engineering school or university, specializing in Telecommunications, Industrial IT, or Electronics
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in telecommunications and/or low-voltage systems, including work-study experience
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks and/or low-voltage systems (functionalities, regulations, standards, and installation requirements)
- Knowledge of transport environments (public-access buildings, tunnels, track areas, etc.) and the related safety and environmental regulations
- Knowledge of project management
- Ability to prepare technical studies and specifications documents
- Knowledge of procurement requirements in the context of public contracts
- Thoroughness and autonomy
- Responsiveness and adaptability
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Ability to assess and control risks
- Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills
