About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issue delivery notes and invoices
- Process and enter customer orders in the system
- Coordinate incoming goods, imports and loading activities
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes and daily deliveries
- Monitor and maintain key logistics and transportation KPIs
- Support ISO-related processes and documentation concerning warehouse operations
- Handle external tasks related to warehouse operational needs, when required
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth and timely execution of daily logistics operations
- Report to the Head of Warehouse
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, plan and effectively manage daily operational tasks
