About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the performance of products and/or services provided to Airbus to ensure quality performance
Oversee management of the HBC+ program design/development process to deliver products and services to Airbus
Manage daily team execution for product delivery or maintenance of performance standards
Manage project schedules and modify execution strategies to ensure on-time delivery
Oversee and manage action items
Support Senior Program Managers in similar duties
Represent the company during onsite/offsite customer meetings and advise management
Oversee data preparation and collection for projects, internally and externally
Interface with departments to prepare cost justifications, recommend priorities, generate schedules, and develop solutions to customer issues
Monitor project cost, timing, staffing, status, and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
0-3 years of experience in a similar role in performance management and/or delivery of company products and services
2-3 years of work experience in a professional environment
Experience with project management or project scheduling
Experience working with cross-functional groups
