About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with clients across industries to understand business objectives, pain points, and expected outcomes
Ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Build relationships with client and partner stakeholders
Design and develop program plans and project schedules
Develop strategies and internal tools to monitor and evaluate project progress and effectiveness
Lead project teams through all phases of engagements
Track project status, provide meaningful reporting, and manage resourcing
Provide change management communication aligned to business outcomes
Provide mentorship and training to scaling colleagues
Support project teams in decision making
Contribute to requirement definition and solution design discussions
Build the project management team and shape the PMO
Drive critical client and internal initiatives and establish delivery best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS billing and revenue management projects
Proficiency in managing large, multi-stream programs
Experience operating as a Scrum Master
Demonstrated execution within agile methodologies
Experience leading projects with Jira and Confluence is required
Ability to learn and work within client design project management structures
Ability to perform detailed analysis and support testing activities is desired
