About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the risk consulting team
- Provide organizational and administrative support, including scheduling inspections with clients and the technical team
- Monitor and track inspection schedules and reports
- Update records and recommendations in internal systems
- Assist in preparing risk inspection reports, data compilations, and checklists
- Help collect information for fire risk, business continuity, and operational integrity analyses
- Support the standardization of documents and technical templates used in national and international projects
- Participate in internal and external technical meetings with clients
- Collaborate on the development of templates, analysis spreadsheets, and technical summaries
- Contribute to the loss prevention and safety culture across RCG projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field), from the sixth semester onward
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Strong technical writing skills and clear written communication
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
