About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) function, ensuring process organization, governance, and efficiency
  • Manage the budget allocated to maintenance, renovations, and infrastructure needs, overseeing planning and execution
  • Assess and prioritize investment requests, ensuring alignment with financial planning and business needs
  • Monitor the financial and operational execution of services performed by suppliers
  • Ensure controls that provide traceability, compliance, and proper allocation of resources
  • Manage and govern contracts, suppliers, and payments related to operations
  • Lead energy efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting decision-making
  • Structure and enhance processes, controls, and monitoring models that increase the department’s efficiency
  • Support strategic decisions related to maintenance, infrastructure, and operational continuity across pharmacies and distribution centers
  • Lead and develop the team, promoting collaboration, autonomy, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM), maintenance, facilities, operations engineering, or related areas
  • Knowledge of budget management, CAPEX, OPEX, and financial tracking
  • Experience managing maintenance and service suppliers and contracts
  • Experience developing and monitoring processes, indicators, and operational controls
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience in large-scale, highly distributed operations or environments with a high volume of demands is preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Accountability and discipline in managing financial resources
  • Analytical, structured, and process- and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in complex, dynamic environments with multiple demands
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with different departments and partners
  • Agility and confidence in decision-making
  • Genuine interest in people management and team development
