About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inventory Management: Define and control store inventory levels, aiming to reduce stockouts without creating excess inventory (optimal stock levels), according to the assigned responsibility group.
  • Report and monitor area KPIs, seeking to improve processes.
  • Follow the area’s standardized processes, continuously monitoring process performance and independently alerting the direct manager in the event of deviations.
  • Work with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Perform the area’s routine activities, supporting internal and external customers with structured analyses and well-founded recommendations, agility, and organization.
  • Make occasional visits to pharmacies, when necessary, to understand their operational reality and key pain points.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations or related fields, or a quantitative discipline in general.
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills).
  • Knowledge of Alteryx.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis.
