About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a Junior Buyer in the Engineering category
- Manage quotations and contracts within Engineering categories
- Conduct supplier negotiations to optimize cost-effective and operational solutions
- Monitor markets, identifying opportunities and anticipating risks
- Develop new suppliers and sourcing alternatives
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable policies
- Apply the Strategic Sourcing methodology to strategic requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and proactive profile
- Willingness to learn and develop in the procurement field
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Experience in engineering companies or engineering-related procurement is a plus
