About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings, ensuring that information is kept up to date in the legal management system.
- Draft legal documents and support the organization of departmental case files.
- Track procedural deadlines, hearings, and other legal department schedules.
- Conduct research on case law, legislation, and legal doctrine to support legal strategies and defenses.
- Support the team in hearings, trials, and the Legal Department’s administrative activities.
- Request and consolidate information from business areas to support RD Saúde’s defenses in legal proceedings.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in obtaining supporting information and documents.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Interest in and affinity for Civil Law, Administrative Law, and Real Estate Law.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools applied to productivity.
- Strong research, analytical, and information-organization skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Previous experience in legal activities, such as an internship or work as a legal assistant, is desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret case law, binding precedents, and legislation.
- Knowledge of the structure and operation of the Judiciary.
- Familiarity with legal case management systems.
- Knowledge of procedural and administrative routines in the legal field.
