About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support infrastructure maintenance management across 4 to 5 Distribution Centers, ensuring the proper operation of structural, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and generator systems
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance services, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety standards are met
- Prepare technical reports and monitor maintenance performance indicators
- Support the planning and execution of renovation, expansion, and regulatory compliance projects at the Distribution Centers
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, monitoring field activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical), Architecture, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability for periodic travel, averaging once every 15 days, for technical visits to the assigned Distribution Centers
- At least 1 year of prior experience in the role, with experience in building or industrial maintenance
- Proactive approach and strong teamwork skills
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
