About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and track strategic projects related to Last Mile operations and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Serve as the interface between business, operations, technology, and logistics partners.
- Map processes, gather requirements, and support the enhancement of systems and operational workflows.
- Conduct testing, user acceptance testing, and functional validation of new solutions.
- Monitor performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and support decision-making.
- Support the Control Tower in monitoring logistics operations, analyzing incidents, and defining action plans.
- Prepare executive materials and analyses to track projects and results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in project, process, or operations management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and Power BI proficiency for performance indicator tracking.
- Preferred: Yellow Belt or Green Belt certifications and experience in logistics operations, e-commerce, delivery, transportation, or Last Mile.
