About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to landlords and stores via ServiceNow, the Landlord Portal, and the Real Estate Management team’s email.
- Prepare notices and drafts using standard templates.
- Handle renegotiations and coordinate changes to the contracting party with the Legal team, monitoring the process through completion in the system.
- Participate in meetings with property owners and coordinate matters related to property legalization and maintenance.
- Update real estate information in SAP RE.
- Validate rent accruals and manage the financial aspects of subleases.
- Monitor property owner registrations and act as PMO for Real Estate Management processes, including leases and accounting processes.
- Deliver monthly presentations to the team.
- Register new contracts in SAP RE based on the contract and possession amendment.
- Meet SLA deadlines in a high-volume, multitasking environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with SAP RE, real estate management, and contracts.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications.
- Experience with lease agreements and SAP RE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of lease agreements, amendments, leases, and corporate real estate market practices.
- Basic knowledge of Brazil’s Tenancy Law, commercial lease agreements, and legal certainty principles.
- Proficiency in SAP RE and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of expense accruals, payment flows, reconciliations, and accounting applied to contracts.
- Ability to work with high volumes and manage multiple tasks.
