About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise Recruitment & Selection strategies and operations for Pharmacy and OPF Customer Service positions.
- Oversee regional and national recruitment processes, ensuring SLAs and targets are met.
- Lead and develop the recruitment team, promoting high performance and succession planning.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and develop action plans.
- Manage talent attraction sources and expand the reach and accuracy of hiring efforts.
- Partner with operational managers to align profiles, monitor vacancies, and support decision-making.
- Ensure best-practice selection methods and assessments aligned with role competencies.
- Monitor the candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
- Lead performance review meetings and management presentations.
- Ensure internal policies, labor legislation, and compliance requirements are followed throughout recruitment processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement, automation, innovation, and digital transformation projects in Talent Acquisition.
- Promote diversity and inclusion, as well as hiring programs for people with disabilities and apprentices.
- Collaborate with People & Culture specialist teams to develop business solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- High-volume Recruitment & Selection experience.
- Recruitment for retail operations.
- Metrics and KPI management.
- Competency-based interviewing techniques.
- ATS and recruitment platforms.
- People management and leadership.
- Excel and Power BI skills are desirable.
- Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service operations.
- Previous experience leading Recruitment & Selection teams.
- Experience managing large volumes of vacancies and monitoring recruitment metrics.
- Compliance with quotas for people with disabilities and apprentices.
