About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee Recruitment & Selection strategies and operations for Pharmacy and OPF Customer Service positions.
Supervise regional or national recruitment processes, ensuring SLAs and targets are met.
Lead and develop the recruiter team, fostering high performance and succession planning.
Analyze recruitment metrics and develop action plans.
Ensure the strategic use of talent attraction channels.
Partner with operational managers to align profiles, monitor vacancies, and support hiring decisions.
Ensure best practices in selection and competency-based assessments.
Monitor the candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
Lead performance review meetings and management presentations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and corporate requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement, automation, innovation, and digital transformation projects in Talent Acquisition.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the hiring of people with disabilities and apprentices.
Establish collaboration with specialist People & Culture teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Graduate degree or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
High-volume Recruitment & Selection.
Recruitment for retail operations.
KPI and performance metric management.
Competency-based interviewing techniques.
ATS and recruitment platforms.
People management and leadership.
Excel and Power BI (preferred).
Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service operations.
Previous experience leading Recruitment & Selection teams.
Experience managing high volumes of vacancies and tracking recruitment metrics.
Experience supporting compliance with people-with-disabilities and apprentice hiring quotas.
