About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join RD Saúde’s Expansion Planning team
- Support analyses for business expansion and new pharmacy opening decisions
- Prepare and monitor economic and financial feasibility studies for new locations and expansion opportunities
- Develop and support financial models to inform decision-making
- Conduct P&L, IRR, margin, and other financial indicator analyses
- Develop cannibalization studies and assess the impact of opening new units
- Build and monitor sales and performance curves for new locations
- Monitor KPIs and performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities
- Support new studies and analyses for strategic expansion decisions
- Update, monitor, and contribute to the development of dashboards and management reports in Power BI
- Work with large volumes of information and conduct analyses in Excel using advanced formulas and automation
- Work with existing VBA code and automations, supporting their maintenance and enhancement
- Focus on economic and financial feasibility, with no focus on construction, renovations, or the physical implementation of units
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in financial analysis, planning, business feasibility, business analysis, or consulting
- Advanced Excel skills, especially formulas and data manipulation
- Knowledge of Power BI, with the ability to work with dashboards and analyses
- Knowledge of VBA and/or programming logic
- Ability to work with data and transform analyses into actionable information for decision-making
- Availability to travel as required by the team
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and develop analyses
- Autonomy and initiative to manage deliverables
- Ability to communicate analyses and information clearly
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Curiosity and interest in understanding the business
- Strong learning agility
