About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, implement, and monitor quality processes related to RD Saúde’s rapid testing services
- Lead the validation and qualification of rapid tests
- Serve as the technical reference for the laboratory quality function
- Manage Internal and External Quality Control (IQC and EQC) processes
- Monitor quality-related indicators, deviations, and action plans
- Prepare and review procedures, workflows, and technical materials
- Ensure process standardization and compliance across pharmacies
- Provide technical support to units and partner departments
- Liaise with suppliers and partner laboratories
- Deliver training and support team development
- Support the implementation and expansion of quality processes nationwide
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or a related field
- Experience in a clinical analysis laboratory
- Experience with Internal and External Quality Control
- Willingness to travel nationally
