About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and develop large strategic client relationships
  • Manage client relationship management, commitment fulfillment, and day-to-day business operations
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of market researchers
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues
  • Manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research engagements
  • Partner with senior leaders on research design and fulfillment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-8 years of relevant market research experience, preferably within a supplier-side organization, supported by a university or college degree
  • Hands-on experience across quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Experience with questionnaire and discussion guide design
  • Project management experience
  • Data analysis and visualization skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Experience with market research software, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-service orientation and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset with strong logic, reasoning, numeric, and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity about new technologies and research approaches
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and timelines
  • Positive and collaborative leadership approach
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
