About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and redesign the end-to-end new user experience from sign-up to first value moment
  • Identify onboarding funnel drop-off points and design solutions
  • Partner with PM and data teams to set activation benchmarks and measure impact
  • Design paywalls, upgrade prompts, and trial-to-paid conversion surfaces
  • Improve growth surfaces through iterative experimentation
  • Develop understanding of user motivations to upgrade
  • Establish design integration into the growth experiment cycle
  • Create reusable components, templates, and patterns for growth surfaces
  • Bring design-led hypotheses into growth planning and roadmapping
  • Interpret experiment results with PM and data teams
  • Elevate successful growth patterns into product-wide patterns with the broader design team
  • Report to the Design team with dedicated focus on Growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of product design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating craft and design thinking
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in activation, onboarding, conversion, or growth-adjacent UX
  • Comfortable scoping design for experiments and iterating on results
  • Self-directed ability to work without a playbook or constant direction
  • Strong collaboration with PMs and engineers
  • Ability to read funnel data and use quantitative signals in design decisions
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS products and the enterprise user journey
  • Experience contributing to or building a design system
  • Comfort with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Company does not provide visa support or sponsorship
  • Willingness and ability to work three core in-office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, at the Downtown Seattle office
  • Design portfolio link required
