About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support in driving strategic partnerships with clients through knowledge of their products and services
  • Act as liaison between clients and project teams
  • Ensure strategic objectives are met for each client project
  • Support organic account growth opportunities
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming and annual strategic planning
  • Partner with the Project Management Team to execute projects from initiation and planning through closure
  • Develop and manage creative briefs and client scope statements
  • Supervise projects to ensure tactical and strategic goals are met
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, industry standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Lead client status meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up materials
  • Monitor project scope and communicate changes
  • Provide final approval on deliverables
  • Develop and communicate status reports to management and clients
  • Monitor, manage, resolve, and escalate project risks and issues
  • Attend department meetings and trainings
  • Model Real Chemistry values and exercise professional judgment
  • Manage time, meet deadlines, and achieve utilization expectations
  • Collaborate proactively with teammates and adapt to changes
  • Conduct business according to ethical and legal compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience required
  • 3–4 years of client/customer management experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Healthcare/biotech/pharma experience preferred
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Ability to work Eastern business hours
  • Moderate overnight/weekend travel of up to 30% may be required
  • Occasional nonstandard work hours of up to 30% may be required
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
