Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in medical affairs/publications within an agency setting
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Expertise in advisory boards, symposia, and MSL materials
  • Publication planning is a plus
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving organic growth
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing complex budgets
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly, innovate, and be a reliable resource under pressure
  • Professional presence and client service orientation
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing, and evolving environment
  • Demonstrated experience encouraging professional development of direct reports and influencing matrixed teams
  • Veeva experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree a plus
  • Ability to work eastern US hours
