  • Highly organized, with strong deadline management, prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-structuring skills
  • Independent thinker and collaborative team player
  • Professional presence, urgency, and client service orientation
  • Ability to manage upward and communicate foreseeable issues or missed deadlines
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing, and evolving environment
