About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Triage incoming Workfront and Jira requests; assign deliverable type, complexity tier, and dependency flags
Return incomplete requests and ensure specifications, assets, link matrices, CTAs/UTMs, and estimates are complete before build
Own or validate estimates using estimation tooling and rate cards
Decide whether projects are assigned in-house or to vendor partners
Manage vendor delivery, staging-date accountability, cap-burn visibility, and transition documentation
Escalate vendor quality issues and commercial issues to leadership
Own technical delivery from kickoff through post-launch, including staging, review rounds, MLR/PRC submission readiness, QA, and go-live
Track technical progress across a concurrent portfolio and proactively flag risks
Drive development-to-QA-to-UAT-to-production milestone gates
Manage technical dependencies across projects and surface conflicts
Use AI tools for status synthesis, ticket hygiene, QA support, specification drafting, and documentation
Partner on AI-augmented QA and design-to-code workflows
Define and document AI-assisted delivery playbooks and evaluate emerging tools
Review AI output to ensure quality before client delivery
Define deliverable completion standards covering performance, accessibility, cross-browser validation, MLR compliance, and visual fidelity
Own portfolio quality, root-cause analysis, and remediation
Enforce Jira/Workfront field discipline and accurate status reporting
Lead post-launch reviews and translate defect patterns into process improvements
Serve as technical delivery counterpart to Producers, account teams, UX/UI, developers, and QA
Partner on SOW scoping, hours, technology-stack decisions, and phased rollout plans
Participate in client-facing scoping, risk discussions, and demo walkthroughs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on AI implementation experience in a real delivery context, including AI-assisted workflows that shipped
Daily practical fluency with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Figma-to-code integrations, and AI-assisted QA
5+ years of digital project or technical delivery management in an agency or production environment
Experience running concurrent digital builds from intake through launch
Hands-on experience delivering across web (WordPress and/or Drupal), email, and banners
Pharma, healthcare, or other regulated-delivery experience
Familiarity with MLR/PRC review cycles, compliance gates, and fixed regulatory launch dates
Vendor and cross-functional coordination experience, including offshore/nearshore delivery
Fluency in Jira, Workfront or comparable delivery tooling
Working understanding of QA, staging/UAT/production flow, and design-to-code handoff
Technical literacy sufficient to hold credible build conversations, scope realistically, and know when to involve the technical lead
Nice to have: AI-augmented delivery playbooks, agentic tooling, AI-assisted QA automation, Veeva certification, and experience standing up delivery processes or studios
