About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own day-to-day project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans
  • Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
  • Monitor budgets weekly and support revenue recognition and invoicing activities
  • Flag financial risks or scope changes early
  • Lead project meetings and manage client review and approval processes
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and relevant guidelines
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and project issues
  • Support business development with project management guidance, budgets, timelines, and implementation planning
  • Participate in project audits and reinforce project management processes and best practices
  • Coach, mentor, and train project management team members
  • Share best practices and contribute to process improvements or standard operating procedures
  • Participate in hiring activities for the project management discipline
  • Develop and empower people, manage change, build relationships, influence others, lead effective teams, and achieve results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of project management experience in an agency setting
  • 3+ years of experience in budget development/management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams and deliverable types
  • Successful management of campaign budgets
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiarity with structured project management methodology
  • Strong communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, and client-readiness skills
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or agency preferred
  • Experience in Workfront highly preferred
  • Ability to work Eastern standard business hours
