About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the go-to Business Analytics specialist for the Credit Card product
Lead high-impact initiatives to grow the card customer base, engagement, and profitability, from hypothesis through measured results
Diagnose retention, usage, and margin (P&L, DC, cohorts), translating findings into actions prioritized by financial impact
Bridge Product, Credit Policy, Collections, and CRM/Martech, with a view of cross-functional impact
Own budget and forecast models, ensuring they support business decisions
Support leadership in defining the product roadmap, priorities, and strategy
Use AI in day-to-day work to accelerate analyses, automate routines, and raise the team’s technical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Use AI in day-to-day work as an essential part of the work routine
Strong SQL skills to explore data and build independent analyses
3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or related fields, preferably in credit, credit cards, or fintech
Proven experience analyzing P&L, unit economics, and/or forecasts
Advanced English and Spanish
Technical expertise and analytical rigor, including causal inference rather than purely descriptive analysis
Systems and business perspective, connecting data to financial results
Ownership mindset and autonomy to build from the ground up
Executive communication skills, translating analysis into decisions for leadership
