About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own identity and access governance, including the joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle and certifications in SailPoint, RBAC, segregation of duties (SoD), least privilege, and access management in Google Workspace and AWS IAM.
Govern non-human identities and privileged access, including inventory, ownership assignment, lifecycle management, credential rotation, and recurring reviews.
Drive N8N automations for provisioning, approvals, notifications, and integrations across SailPoint, Google Workspace, AWS, and HR/ITSM systems.
Produce governance metrics and reports and present them to the CISO and leadership.
Provide technical leadership to the Analyst team by setting priorities, defining technical standards, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and developing team members.
Maintain the information security governance framework and lead information security and third-party risk management.
Own business continuity management, including BIAs, continuity and recovery plans, periodic testing, and tracking lessons learned, aligned with ISO 22301.
Lead compliance and audit and regulatory readiness, including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Central Bank regulations; manage controls, evidence, responses, and findings through closure.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with identity and access management using SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud), Google Workspace (advanced administration), and AWS IAM (policies, roles, federation/SSO).
In-depth knowledge of non-human identities, including service accounts, API keys, tokens, secrets, and workload identities; inventory, ownership, credential rotation, and secure deactivation.
Experience managing privileged access and administrative accounts, including least privilege, separation of administrative and personal accounts, just-in-time access, break-glass accounts, monitoring, and periodic privilege reviews.
Strong command of access concepts (RBAC/ABAC, SoD, SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, MFA) and familiarity with N8N automation (or equivalent platforms), REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
Ability to communicate risks and results at an executive level to the CISO, committees, and business stakeholders.
Proven experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), including policies, standards, controls, and internal and external audit cycles.
Experience managing business continuity, including BIAs, business continuity and disaster recovery plans (BCP/DR), and test execution.
Knowledge of applicable frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Central Bank regulations).
Experience providing technical team leadership, including setting priorities, reviewing analysts’ work, providing feedback, and developing people.
Preferred: experience managing access to internal AI systems.
Preferred: certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 22301, SailPoint, or AWS Security Specialty.
Preferred: experience with PAM, secrets management, and infrastructure as code (IaC), such as Terraform, applied to IAM.
English proficiency for technical reading and communication with vendors.
