About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join Reckitt's high-performing Commercial Finance team and partner with teams across the business
Influence commercial and strategic decisions for major brands and retail customers
Turn data into actionable insights and explain performance, opportunities and business drivers
Support financial planning, forecasting and reporting while ensuring financial information integrity and accuracy
Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on planning cycles, compliance activities and controls projects
Own projects and initiatives that create value for consumers, customers and Reckitt
Use data, technology and analytical thinking to solve problems, improve performance and drive growth
Complete a three-year Finance Future Leadership Scheme with rotations across Sales Finance, Manufacturing Finance, and Corporate or Commercial Finance
Work in Slough during year one, relocate to Nottingham or Hull for year two, and work in Slough or Hayes during year three
Pursue the CIMA qualification through professional study, practical experience and guidance from Finance leaders
Build commercial, financial and leadership skills for a future Finance leadership career

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recent or 2027 graduate
Advanced analytical and numerical skills
Interest in using data to solve business challenges
Commercial curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding consumers, customers, markets and business performance drivers
Ambition, motivation, growth mindset and desire to build a career within a FTSE-listed global organisation
Confidence building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively to influence outcomes
Proactive and accountable approach, taking ownership of challenges and turning ideas into action
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment
Passion for Reckitt's brands and purpose
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and practically
Previous Finance experience or internship is not required
Willingness and ability to relocate to Nottingham or Hull for a mandatory 12-month second-year rotation
Comfortable regularly commuting to the Slough, Berkshire office
Ability to work 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home
