About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support analytical testing services, test method development, test method validation, and stability studies for developed products
- Perform physical testing using Universal testing machine, Air inflation testing machine, Electrical leak testing machine, and other standard physical testing techniques
- Conduct laboratory preparation activities according to assigned tasks
- Support development, verification, and validation of analytical test methods for New Product Development
- Generate, record, and report accurate experimental data from routine tests
- Write and maintain laboratory documentation, including test methods, SOPs, protocols, and reports
- Ensure analytical equipment is maintained in good condition and calibrated according to schedules
- Support technology transfer of analytical methods during site transfer activities
- Manage stability study activities, including sample inventory and nonconformance handling
- Comply with GMP, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager
- Work closely with the R&D Senior Associate to help maintain a world-class analytical laboratory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an analytical laboratory under ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025, or GLP
- Relevant experience within a 3rd laboratory or medical device will be preferred
- Experience supporting stability studies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong safety and EHS awareness
- BSc or higher degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Material Chemistry, or related field
- Compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025, and regulatory requirements
