About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a 10-week summer internship across Reckitt’s Supply organization
- Support operations behind brands including Lysol, Mucinex, Airborne, Durex, KY, and Neuriva
- Own meaningful projects from the start
- Work alongside cross-functional teams in Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Supply Chain
- Optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support product launches
- Help solve real-time supply challenges
- Learn through hands-on work with mentorship from experienced leaders and teammates
- Present work at the end of the summer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Latest graduation date May 2028
- Must be available to work in person for 40 hours a week at Reckitt's office in Nutley, NJ
- Curiosity and passion for marketing
- Strong academic background
- Ambitious, motivated, and willing to take responsibility in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Action-oriented pragmatic problem-solving approach
