About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and maintain momentum in the Security Operations function during the regular consultant’s leave
- Bridge security strategy and technical implementation
- Act as the link between security requirements and IT and engineering teams
- Support engineering teams with Application Security requirements, secure coding practices and best practices
- Provide technical guidance on Security Architecture and Cryptography in architecture forums
- Oversee and guide technical control implementation in cloud and endpoint environments
- Drive technical Identity and Access Management initiatives
- Order and coordinate Security Testing
- Oversee Vulnerability Management to identify, prioritize and mitigate technical risks
- Ensure security logging and monitoring visibility across the infrastructure
- Support and coordinate technical security incident response processes
- Maintain high-quality documentation for a seamless handover to the returning consultant
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in a similar role, such as Cyber Security Manager, Head of CyberSec or SecOps Lead, preferably as an interim consultant
- Strong technical background
- Understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud environments and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to translate strict regulatory requirements, such as DORA, into actionable implementation steps for engineering teams
- Pro-activeness, strong technical translation skills and a forward-leaning attitude
- Fluent in English, the corporate language
