About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day operations of Noventiz Dual and reliably handle commercial and regulatory processes within the dual system.
- Review and process supporting documentation and invoices in accordance with Section 40 of the German Packaging Act (VerpackDG).
- Monitor reported collection, sorting, and recovery volumes.
- Obtain and support the evaluation of bids for sorting and recovery tenders.
- Process and create orders related to transport and recovery.
- Prepare collection, sorting, and recovery agreements and manage their administrative processing.
- Maintain master data and contract data.
- Support the preparation of required documentation for government authorities.
- Contribute to the documentation required for material-flow verification.
- Ensure the timely implementation of operational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate at the interface between volume reporting, contract management, invoice verification, and regulatory documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a commercial, accounting, or operational role is preferred.
- Experience in packaging, waste management, recycling, dual systems, or a comparable regulated environment is an advantage.
- Good understanding of commercial processes and willingness to learn about regulatory requirements and compliance topics.
- Careful, structured, and reliable approach to work.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to thoroughly review data, volume reports, and invoices.
- Independent and responsible working style, with flexibility for an operational work environment.
- Confident use of digital applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Fluent German, both written and spoken.
