About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the day-to-day operations of Noventiz Dual and reliably handle commercial and regulatory processes within the dual system.
Review and process supporting documentation and invoices in accordance with Section 40 of the German Packaging Act (VerpackDG).
Monitor reported collection, sorting, and recovery volumes.
Obtain and support the evaluation of bids for sorting and recovery tenders.
Process and prepare orders related to transport and recovery.
Prepare collection, sorting, and recovery agreements and support their administrative processing.
Maintain master and contract data and ensure a complete, up-to-date data basis.
Support the preparation of required documentation for authorities.
Contribute to the documentation required for mass-flow verification.
Implement operational and regulatory requirements in a structured and meticulous manner at the intersection of volume reporting, contract management, and invoice review.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
Ideally, professional experience in a commercial, accounting, or operational role.
Experience in packaging, waste management, recycling, dual systems, or a comparable regulated environment is an advantage.
Good understanding of commercial processes and willingness to learn about regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
Highly meticulous, structured, and reliable working style.
Strong numerical aptitude and ability to carefully review data, volume reports, and invoices.
Independent and responsible approach to work, with flexibility for an operational working environment.
Confident use of digital applications and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Fluent written and spoken German.
