About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research and build a strong pipeline of influencers, creators, agencies and MCNs
  • Manage end-to-end outreach, negotiation, campaign execution and follow-up
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and their representatives
  • Negotiate sponsored content, affiliate partnerships and recurring collaborations
  • Develop campaign ideas, creative briefs and content concepts
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals and payments
  • Track reach, engagement, conversions, revenue and ROI
  • Use performance data to optimise creator selection and campaigns
  • Stay on top of creator trends, platforms and emerging talent
  • Work closely with internal marketing, content and product teams
  • Use AI and relevant tools to improve research, outreach and campaign efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing creator outreach, partnerships and negotiations
  • Strong relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, talent managers or MCNs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and the creator ecosystem
  • Commercial and data-driven mindset, with an understanding of campaign ROI
  • Creative, organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships independently
  • Nice to have: Experience working with US-based creators or agencies
  • Nice to have: Existing relationships within the creator ecosystem
  • Nice to have: Experience with affiliate/influencer programmes and long-term partnerships
  • Nice to have: Experience working with podcasters or podcast networks
