Key responsibilities & impact

Operate, optimize, and further develop modern Microsoft infrastructures
Administer Windows Server and Windows client environments
Manage Active Directory / Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments
Contribute to modern hybrid cloud and infrastructure projects
Analyze and permanently resolve technical incidents
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of existing systems
Manage the lifecycle of existing IT environments
Help shape new technical solutions and infrastructure concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT training or education (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL, or equivalent)
Several years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure engineering
Very strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server and Windows Client
Active Directory / Azure AD
Microsoft 365
Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
Installation, configuration, and administration of modern Microsoft environments
Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Initiative and a hands-on mentality
Enjoy working and communicating as part of a team
Excellent German and good English language skills
