Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate, optimize, and further develop modern Microsoft infrastructures
  • Administer Windows Server and Windows client environments
  • Support Active Directory / Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Contribute to modern hybrid cloud and infrastructure projects
  • Analyze and permanently resolve technical issues
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of existing systems
  • Manage the lifecycle of existing IT environments

  • Mentor four junior IT colleagues in their professional development without traditional personnel or line-management responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed IT training or education (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server and Windows Client
  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Microsoft 365
  • Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Installation, configuration, and administration of modern Microsoft environments
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Initiative and a hands-on mentality
  • Enjoy working and exchanging ideas as part of a team
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
