About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Organize and control recruitment requests and deadlines
  • Manage approximately 50 job openings simultaneously

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Degree or ongoing/completed studies in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes
  • Proactive, organized, and operations-oriented profile
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days on-site in downtown Rio de Janeiro
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection within the hospital sector is a plus
  • Experience working for HR consulting firms is a plus
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems and platforms is a plus
  • Experience tracking recruitment and selection metrics is a plus
