About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for assigned global programs
  • Establish Phase I/II processes while preparing for Phase III pivotal-trial requirements
  • Oversee clinical demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, global distribution, logistics, and inventory management
  • Manage external packaging vendors, CMOs, and trial supply depots
  • Implement, scale, and optimize IRT/RTSM logic for complex trial designs
  • Build and improve data-driven workflows using AI and advanced tools
  • Optimize forecasting, inventory management, and logistics processes
  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and CMC
  • Create scalable supply chain tools and SOPs
  • Develop proactive risk-mitigation strategies supporting registrational trials and uninterrupted patient supply
  • Report to the Director of Clinical Supplies
  • Help mature operational capabilities as assets progress toward commercialization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical project management or clinical supply chain management experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Direct experience managing clinical supply chains for late-stage (Phase IIb/III) pivotal trials
  • Experience scaling manufacturing and packaging strategies
  • Deep knowledge of global clinical trial supply operations
  • Knowledge of country-specific import/export regulations and complex distribution networks
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing IRT/RTSM systems
  • Strong understanding of cGMP/cGCP guidelines and blinded operational protocols
  • Proven experience managing contract packaging vendors and global depots
  • Experience managing clinical supply budgets effectively
  • Ability to navigate early-phase research ambiguity while applying late-stage development rigor
  • Growth mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States based on the listed U.S. locations
