About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting clients with HR-as-a-Service and Recruiting-as-a-Service
- Supporting operational and strategic HR work
- Providing operational support and advising specialists and managers
- Active sourcing with a thoughtful, quality-focused approach rather than focusing on volume
- Managing recruiting processes, communication, and interviews
- Advising on recruiting structures and candidate experience
- Short- to medium-term project assignments at client locations, in hybrid settings, or remotely—depending on project objectives
- Organizational development and process design

Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial vocational training, a degree in human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Three years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or in recruiting or payroll
- Interest in project work and working across different industries
- Willingness to attend client meetings throughout Germany
- Residence in Berlin or Brandenburg (office days)
- Fluent German (C1)
- Good English skills (B2 or higher)
- Additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills, self-management, and respectful, inclusive communication
- Courage, a strong sense of purpose, and enthusiasm for continuous development
