About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end recruiting across various industries
- Active sourcing with a thoughtful, quality-focused approach rather than volume
- Process management, communication, and conducting interviews
- Advising on recruiting structures and candidate experience
- Short- to medium-term assignments with clients
- Support with HR, recruiting, and other operational HR topics
- On-site, hybrid, or remote work depending on the project

Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial vocational training, a degree in human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Three years of experience in HR and/or recruiting
- Interest in project work and working across changing industries
- Willingness to attend client meetings throughout Germany
- Based in Berlin or Brandenburg (office days)
- Fluent German (C1)
- Good English skills (B2 or higher; a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, self-management, and respectful, inclusive communication
- Courage, conviction, and enthusiasm for continuous development
