About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, cleanse, sort, and aggregate data from various sources
Consult on business information and decision-making needs
Design, plan, coordinate, and manage data to generate output reports and presentations
Work with shipping companies to ensure shipments arrive on time and in good condition
Coordinate the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses
Maintain accurate inventory records to identify overstocks or shortages
Review orders for accuracy and completeness
Plan routes and schedules for transport vehicles to meet delivery deadlines
Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries to clients
Develop methods for storing or transporting goods to reduce costs or increase efficiency
Review shipping costs to determine cost-effective transportation methods
Provide logistical support to other departments during events such as trade shows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recognized degree in Data Science, Analytics or Data Management related field
Minimum of 3 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (listed as preferred)
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics systems
Knowledge of Data Management/Data Science
Proficiency with Power BI
Knowledge of database languages
Experience with Access Database
