About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and monitor initiatives for the implementation and enhancement of the One Identity Manager (IGA) solution
- Apply technical expertise in market-leading identity protection solutions, supporting implementation projects and ongoing operations
- Implement and maintain policies, processes, and controls for identity lifecycle management
- Perform access provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews
- Ensure the technical integration of the IGA solution with ERP, CRM, Active Directory, and critical applications
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize identity and access processes
- Propose operational improvements
- Support technical relationships with vendors, such as One Identity and Segura, as well as implementation partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Experience implementing and supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, especially One Identity Manager
- Experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) concepts and practices
- Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and SoD access control models
- Technical familiarity with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect authentication and authorization protocols
- Ability to apply these protocols in hybrid and cloud environments
- Knowledge of SAP, with a focus on access control and account provisioning through IGA, will be considered a significant advantage
- Advanced English proficiency for opening support tickets and communicating with international support teams
