About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company’s digital products
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear, prioritized, and viable solutions
  • Ensure that products evolve consistently, with quality and measurable impact
  • Work directly with Engineering, Platform, UX, Data, Security, and other stakeholders
  • Align priorities and coordinate continuous discovery
  • Guide decisions and ensure that every delivery generates real value for users and the company
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of new features
  • Support communication, training, and user adoption initiatives
  • Be part of a dedicated team focused on achieving the best results in a collaborative, continuous-learning environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Design, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience managing and evolving digital products
  • Experience defining and managing backlogs, prioritizing demands, specifying requirements, and supporting roadmap development
  • Knowledge of discovery techniques, user interviews, needs assessment, hypothesis validation, and journey mapping
  • Ability to track product metrics and use data to support decision-making
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar tools
  • Experience working with technology, design, business, and stakeholder teams
  • Knowledge of the implementation and monitoring stages for new features
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Certifications or courses in Product Management, UX, or Agile methodologies are considered a plus
  • Certifications such as CSPO, PM3, Product School, Scrum Product Owner, or similar are considered a plus
