About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Hold a meeting with the Operations team to align on the initial scope, requirements, and service and/or project definitions for moderately complex engagements
Hold an initial meeting with the client to align on scope, requirements, activities, responsibilities, deadlines, and other variables
Develop detailed plans for services and/or projects, structuring activities, responsibilities, deadlines, meetings, and reports
Create a formal project plan to manage implementation
Monitor clients’ adherence to the execution schedule
Evaluate and recommend improvements, propose corrective actions, contingency plans, and activity rescheduling
Monitor requirements, deadlines, activities, and quality, providing status reports
Ensure delivery in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Act as the liaison between the client and the Cloud Security, Red Team, Blue Team, and GRC teams
Provide status reports to clients and engage internal teams in critical situations
Organize and document deliverables and project knowledge to formalize project closure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field
Project KPI management
CSM/PSM certification
Intermediate knowledge of traditional and Agile project management
Intermediate English proficiency
