Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities to drive users and revenue, emphasizing consumer and ads products, sales, and marketing
Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to execute initiatives from ideation to completion
Influence decisions and drive change through clear recommendations, constructive challenge, and stakeholder alignment
Build models, forecasts, and business cases for planning, investment, and resource allocation
Conduct market research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and user and advertiser needs
Develop and present strategic growth initiatives
Work with Investor Relations partners to target growth in areas of investor interest
Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives, adjusting as needed
Improve processes and reporting; drive adoption and share expertise across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years of combined experience in consulting or investment banking and in-house corporate finance or strategy roles
Consumer internet or growth experience is a plus
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
SQL is a plus
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation, with sound judgment in validating outputs
Sound judgment in ambiguous situations and adaptability as priorities evolve
Track record of owning complex workstreams and influencing change through business partnerships
Clear communication, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to mentor peers
