About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and monitor procurement processes for medical supplies and medications
  • Obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders
  • Monitor supplier performance and propose improvements
  • Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and contractual terms
  • Keep records and registrations updated in the ERP system
  • Prepare procurement reports and analyses to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Logistics, Production, Finance, and Quality departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in procurement
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Knowledge of MV, Tasy, or SAP is a plus
  • Availability to work in the Pinheiros area of São Paulo, SP
