About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, lead, and implement the Group’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Develop the IT roadmap in line with the Group’s overall strategy
  • Support the digital transformation and manage IT projects from planning through delivery
  • Manage the department’s budget
  • Ensure information systems governance and evolve the IT strategy
  • Oversee cross-functional infrastructure, security, application, and digitalization projects
  • Lead functional improvements
  • Ensure the availability and performance of LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Ensure support and continuous improvement of key applications, including ERP and business-specific tools
  • Oversee telecommunications between European sites and facilitate the integration of solutions across sites and countries
  • Lead the operation and evolution of infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments
  • Ensure IT security, compliance, risk management, and data protection
  • Manage interconnections between entities and ensure a reliable, secure environment
  • Lead a team of five, develop employees, organize work, and manage resources
  • Reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems Management
  • At least five years of experience in a similar in-house role
  • Proven experience in information systems administration
  • Experience in an international environment would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Veeam and Stormshield
  • Proficiency in Windows, VMware ESXi, and Microsoft 365
  • Comfortable managing IT projects
  • Advanced spoken and written English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international subsidiaries
