About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in establishing, negotiating, monitoring, and renewing the Group's insurance programs
  • Manage insurance coverage, including civil liability, industrial all-risks, property damage, construction all-risks, transport, ten-year liability, directors' and officers' liability, and automotive fleet insurance
  • Monitor insurance policies in France and internationally throughout their lifecycle
  • Contribute to insurance audits related to project refinancing
  • Support the Legal Department and Group departments on insurance matters
  • Handle claim notifications and monitor files through resolution
  • Participate in amicable and judicial expert assessments
  • Coordinate with brokers, insurers, experts, and lawyers
  • Investigate and monitor pre-litigation and litigation files
  • Organize the Group's legal documentation and update databases and department dashboards
  • Improve the Legal Department's tools and processes
  • Conduct regular legal monitoring in relevant areas
  • Deliver legal awareness sessions and training on relevant topics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum BAC+5 qualification, such as a Master 2 in insurance law, private law, or business law
  • CAPA qualification preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, gained in-house or at a law firm
  • Strong experience in insurance, claims, and litigation matters in the photovoltaic sector
  • Rigor, analytical skills, and excellent writing abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders on high-stakes insurance and litigation matters
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel weekly between the Agen headquarters and the Toulouse office
