About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT questions and issues across Redgate offices
  • Triage, log, and resolve incidents and requests
  • Escalate issues to Service Desk Engineers, Infrastructure, or Security when needed
  • Help onboard new starters
  • Configure end-user devices
  • Maintain IT equipment and documentation
  • Collaborate with the Technical Operations team and share knowledge
  • Identify issue patterns and trends to help prevent future problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience using Microsoft operating systems and applications
  • Experience with M365 productivity tools, including Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot creatively and pay close attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain effective under pressure
