Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) tailored to complex government workflows
Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline approval chains, system integrations, and data transformations
Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to provide program leadership with actionable, real-time insights
Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments as secure collaboration hubs and document management platforms
Integrate Power Platform solutions with the broader M365 ecosystem, including Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into iterative, high-quality technical solutions
Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and technical support for deployed enterprise solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active U.S. Secret security clearance
3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
Demonstrated experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, including custom lists, libraries, and permissions
Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center
Proven ability to build automated flows with Power Automate that include error handling and monitoring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience working within GCC or GCC High M365 environments
Front-end web development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React
Knowledge of the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft Graph API
Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or integrating AI/ML capabilities into Power Platform apps
Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400
Familiarity with DevOps practices for the Power Platform and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines
