About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and ship analytics features end to end across the full stack
Work with React frontend, Go backend, Redpanda SQL storage layer, Postgres, Redpanda streaming, Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform modules, and related technologies
Build user-facing Agentic Data Plane analytics features, including Audit Log, Transcripts, and Agent Network
Ensure customers have the tools needed to analyze the performance of agentic workloads
Ship features and iterate using real feedback loops rather than long design cycles
Work in a globally distributed engineering team
Work directly with users and customers
Store, aggregate, and query high-volume event data

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in software development
Experience delivering products end-to-end
Track record of shipping in fast-moving environments where requirements may change
Production experience using AI-assisted software development workflows, such as Claude Code or Codex
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with React and TypeScript for customer-facing UIs (nice to have)
Experience with Go for backend development (nice to have)
Experience with high-volume data and query/serving layers, SQL, or streaming data pipelines (nice to have)
Experience with analytical databases (nice to have)
Experience building analytics products, dashboards, or data-visualization features (nice to have)
Experience working at a pre-IPO B2B SaaS company in the past 5 years
Ability and willingness to work onsite in the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
Production SQL experience against an analytical or columnar database
Experience optimizing slow queries on large datasets using partitioning, pre-aggregation, materialized views, or sort keys
Experience shipping end-to-end features involving a React/TypeScript frontend, backend API, and data layer
Experience building customer-facing analytics features, dashboards, or data-heavy UIs relied on by external users
Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor beyond autocomplete
